Singapore
Singapore packs an astonishing amount into a small island – futuristic gardens, world-class food at hawker prices, a theme-park island and possibly the world's best airport. Four days is enough to see the highlights comfortably.
Before you go
Indian passport holders need a visa for Singapore, applied through an authorised agent – check the current rules before booking. The MRT covers almost everything, and you can tap in with a contactless card.
Marina Bay & Gardens by the Bay
Walk the Supertree Grove and the OCBC Skyway, see the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, and stay for the free Garden Rhapsody light show in the evening. Across the bay, Marina Bay Sands and the waterfront promenade are best after dark.
Sentosa & Universal Studios
Sentosa is reached by cable car, the Sentosa Express monorail or on foot via the Sentosa Boardwalk. Universal Studios Singapore needs a full day; beaches and other attractions can fill a second.
Food & neighbourhoods
Eat at hawker centres like Lau Pa Sat, and explore Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam (Haji Lane). Leave a few hours for Jewel Changi and its indoor waterfall before your flight home.
